Building is planed with orthogonal shapes. In the north part of the building is located administrative section which has 2 floors. There are two independent offices and gallery on the ground floor. In the north-east part is situated entrance for administrative service and storehouse. South part consists of service for polygraphic machines and storehouse. Construction is metal, administrative part is monolith and steel-concrete. Surrounding walls are from gas-concrete bricks. There is thermo panel on all walls.
